The Crayola Challenge

I often find inspiration in everyday things and I decided to do this particular Creative Mind exercise because of that. This exercise had to do with colors and seeing them in things we come across everyday. The task was to take a picture of something that is one of the eight colors in the standard box of crayons (blue, red, yellow, orange, green, purple, brown, and black). One picture for each color and it should be framed in such a way that the color in question is completely dominate. Read The Rest

Exercising your Creative Muscles

Like every artist I sometimes struggle with my creativity and keeping my ideas fresh and flowing. I have periods of creative stagnation and can feel artistically inhibited at times. In order to help myself get through these bouts faster I have picked up the book, Caffeine for the Creative Mind.
