It is always impressive to see what people can do with paper – bonus points if they do those things in miniature. Enter Nayan Shrimali and Vaishali Chudasama, two artists who run a studio in India. Together they are working on a project called 365 Days of Miniature where they create a mini bird sculpture a day. The realism and details in these tiny birds is amazing.

There is something intensely satisfying about putting together a collage – the re-imagining and creation of new things from different realities. Icelandic-born, London based artist Kristjana S Williams has really nailed this idea. Her work is its own universe of botanicals, atmosphere, and animals. It is delightful to look at.
