New segment! There are great places to travel and eat all over the world. When I stumble across these places I want to share them. I’ve decided to start 2 lists: one for places I would like to sleep and one for places I would like to eat. I am going to share these lists with you in my new sleep + eat category. My very own travel fantasies, some will be realized and some will stay dreams. Either way it should be a visually interesting journey. I hope it inspires you to visit these places (and let me know if the reality matches the fantasy) or seek out some awesome finds of your own.

So without further adieu lets start off with-Brussles, Belgium and the Pantone Hotel. A dream hotel for color nerds. Sleeping in your very own color palette! That has to inspire some lovely colorful dreams. You don’t have to be be into color swatches to really appreciate the aesthetics of this hotel, but it just makes it all the more fun if you are.

I have been fantasizing about how the salted caramel ice cream from Carmela will taste. They also have some other heavenly sounding flavors like Lavender Honey and Mint Cacao Nib. I don’t often envy the people living in Los Angeles, but this is a definite exception. I can see a mail order splurge in my future.
